We ship to all 50 states, including Washington, D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The available shipping options during checkout may vary based on your address and item selection.

Handling Absences & Returns
- If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, the courier will leave a notice for pickup or re-scheduling.
- Packages with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be returned to us. We will contact you for address verification; additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered, or if refused or not collected.
Customs & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival, paid directly to your local customs authorities.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or additional charges.
